PTC ONLY
- To test the character transfer feature , we opened two new worlds (Transfer World One and Transfer World Two) in each test regions (EU and NA). The worlds have only two Hagga Basin sietches.
- These new Worlds will be permanently closed after the Character Transfer test is concluded.
- Each player has 10 tickets to transfer their characters (i.e., you can do 10 transfer). After your first transfer, when the number of tickets is down to 9, the tickets will reset back to 10 after 1 hour.
- Please be aware that due to the absence of the Base Reconstruction Tool in the build (the tool will come later), you won’t be able to transfer your base. That is why we are not opening the main test server yet. As soon as the Base Backup Tool has been added, we will launch the main test server as well.
Highlights
- Character transfers: you can now move your character, inventory, and bank contents (including Solari) to a new Sietch and World.
- Various building pieces of the Observer building set are now available for purchase for 2500 Solaris from the building decor vendor in Arrakeen and Harko Village.
- Added a new entry to the Plastanium tier Vehicle category of the Tech Menu — Carrier Ornithopter Cargo Container.
- The travel confirmation dialog now shows a warning message if a storm is present at your destination.
- Players should now be able to dash out of stun in the direction provided by input either from keyboard of gamepad, and not just defaulting to backwards.
- Dampened Sandcrawler Treads schematic will now grant 2 charges upon usage.
Features & Changes
New Feature: Character Transfers
Players can now move their character, inventory, and bank contents (including Solari) to a new Sietch and World. Transfer can be started via the Server Browser or the System Menu in-game.
- The character must be in the Hagga Basin to initiate the transfer.
- Retained Items:
- Inventory and Bank contents.
- Solari balance.
- Contents of the Vehicle Backup Tool and the upcoming Base Replicator Tool (if owned in the inventory).
- A list of key items that will be lost will be shown before confirmation.
- Players must acknowledge limitations and perform a manual text entry to proceed.
- If the character’s name is taken on the target server, the player will be prompted to enter a new name.
- Exiting the flow or session cancels the transfer.
- Each player has 10 transfer tokens, with a 1-hour time limitation per transfer.
- A loading screen is displayed during the transfer; the player cannot exit until complete.
- Upon completion, the player is informed they can join the new server.
- The transferred character will spawn at Griffin’s Reach in the Hagga Basin on the new server.
- Transfers are final; moving back requires a new transfer.
- If technical issues occur, the system will automatically attempt to either complete or roll back the transfer.
- No other character transfers can be initiated on the account while a character is «In Transfer.»
