The PlayStation 5 Pro and XBOX Series X offers a higher native resolution and enhanced visuals in Quality Mode. The game\u2019s UI and controls have also been fully adapted to console, and you will find haptics being used to its fullest as the deadly rumble of the sandworm kicks in.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The game is also fully XBOX Play Anywhere enabled, allowing you to carry over your progress regardless of what XBOX platform you play on. That includes XBOX Series X|S, ROG XBOX Ally, XBOX Cloud Gaming, and Windows Store.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The game is also available with XBOX Game Pass, and members can also choose to upgrade to Deluxe or Ultimate at 20% off.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cross-play will be added post-launch. The event has been given the ominous name of <em>El Sayldam: The Rain of Blood<\/em> and is designed to engage every player on Arrakis: current, new, and returning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will be open for players on every platform to participate in.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Will you rise from survival to greatness?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch of <em>Dune: Awakening<\/em> on console as well as the new major update for all platforms is a major step forward for the game, and we\u2019re very excited about the future that lies ahead of us.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a lot coming up, including the new Polar Cap survival map releasing later this year. The map will introduce new areas to explore, new cold-based survival mechanics, and a new standalone storyline.
